1. Using TapChap
TapChap is a marketplace connecting customers with independent service providers. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to use the platform lawfully.
2. Bookings
When you submit a booking request, you're asking a provider to perform the described service at the stated price. Providers may accept, decline, or propose changes before a booking is confirmed.
3. Provider Responsibilities
Providers are independent professionals, not TapChap employees. Providers are responsible for the quality and safety of the services they perform and must complete our verification process before accepting bookings.
4. Cancellations
Either party may cancel a booking prior to confirmation. Repeated cancellations may affect your account standing on the platform.
5. Account Suspension
We may suspend or deactivate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of TapChap after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
